Questions about exhibiting
How can I apply to be a vendor at the fair?
By completing the booking form on our Exhibit page you are registering your interest in attending the wedding fair. This is not a guarantee of booking and is subject to availability.

What is the cost of exhibiting?
Our exhibit price is £250 ex VAT (early bird rate £225 ex VAT).
How do I pay?
If you have an account with Highland News and Media, vendor space can be invoiced depending on your account setup and terms and conditions. Payment is requested at the time of booking and can be done via card payment or via BACS.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations up to 4 weeks prior to the date of the event will not be charged. After this date, you will be billed for the full amount.
Are there any promotional opportunities for vendors?
As part of your package you get digital advertising and social media shoutouts, as listed in the vendor package.
What are the setup and teardown times?
Set up time is from 9am.
All stands must be set up by 11.30am.
The event ends at 3pm — no tables are to be taken down until the event closes.
Is there a limit on the number of vendors?
We have limited space for vendors. We use the One Touch Theatre and Stalls Foyer at Eden Court Theatre, with space for up to 80 exhibitors. Stands are sold on a first come, first served basis.
Can I do demos and workshops?
We are happy to accommodate demos and workshops. There is limited space with power, so please contact our Events Manager to discuss ahead of time.

How can I be involved in the Fashion Show?
Hair stylists, make-up artists, bridalwear, groomswear and florists can take part in the fashion show free of charge — you just need to have booked a stand at the show.
Book your stand using the booking form on our Exhibit page. Once your stand is booked, choose the Fashion Show option to apply, tell us what you'd like to showcase and upload up to six images of your work.
Places are limited, so we'd encourage you to apply early.
Can I sell at the Highland Wedding Fair?
You can sell at the Highland Wedding Fair, but you will require a market trader's licence to do so. If you don't have one, visit the Highland Council website to apply: https://www.highland.gov.uk/directory_record/738770/street_trader
You must have your licence with you whilst you attend the Highland Wedding Fair.
Can I serve food at the show?
You can serve food by way of samples. You must bring your EHO / food hygiene certificate with you and have this ready to show.

Can I serve alcoholic drinks at the show?
Alcoholic drinks are permitted, however you must have a personal licence with you at the show.
